Entirely created in Covid19 Lockdown, the SS21 collection was influenced by quarantine, cabin fever, merging with my furniture, virtual living, and new (un)reality. I learned that  staying creative and busy helps me stay sane. The original prints feature a surreal collage of carpets and upholstery fabric digitally manipulated and printed on bonded jersey. Metal screws, upholstery fringe, and velvets are used as accents. Hand pleated silk tafettas and tulle ruffles add tactile texture.
